Able to charge 1-4 Li-Poly cells at up to 2-1/2 amps 4-1/8" x 2-1/8" x 1/2". Charges the cells at a charge rate from 250 mA to 2500 mA. Make jumper connections to select the number of cells to be charged and the charge rate. If you select the wrong number of cells or hook the battery up backwards, the charger's red LED will blink repeatedly and it will not start the charge. This makes it impossible to inadvertently charge a 2 cell pack on the 3 cell setting, or charge at too high a rate which would destroy the battery. Charging process is automatic and a green LED indicates completion. Connects to any 12 volt battery or power supply. A JST female connector for connection to the battery being charged is included.

Multi purpose balance charger - charges LiPo/LiIon, NiCd/NiMH and Pb batteries 5-5/8" x 3-3/8" x 1-3/8". Multi use charger for 1-5 Li-Ion/LiPo cells, 1-14 NiCd/NiMH cells, Pb 2-12V. Includes adapters for "Deans style" plugs, JST, Rx pack, glow plug lighter, and alligator clips. Balance plugs on end of unit are JST-XH type and compatible with many Asian battery packs.
NOTE: When balance charging Lithium batteries, both the balance tap and the main power wires must be connected to the charger.

* Internal independent lithium battery balancer: Employs an individual-cell-voltage balancer to maintain your pack in balance while charging.
* Balance individual cells during discharge: During the discharge process, iC5 can monitor and balance each cell of the pack individually. An error message will sound and the process will end automatically if the voltage of any single cell is abnormal.
* Fast and Storage mode charging: "Fast" charge will fully charge a lipoly battery in the shortest time. "Store" setting will charge the battery at approximately a 50% charge for long term storage. This prolongs the useful life of the battery.
* Charges various types of LiPoly cells: Includes charging programs for Li-Ion and LiPo battery types.

This is an optional electronics kit available for the Enterprise-E. It was a proven combination that BJM wanted to make available. This is also a group of components that can be used for other airplane applications in the .25 engine, 30 oz weight catagory.
